Responsibilities

About the role


  • Performing research on L&D competitors, consumer behaviour, market trends, developments and lead acquisition methods to ensure BRA messaging is well positioned in this space; 
  • Define and refine BRA messaging, tools, story lines, buyer personas, and market differentiators; 
  • Conceptual design, development, and roll out of multi month B2B Campaigns that work to attract new B2B clients through offline and online channels; 
  • Provide measurement and analytics of B2B Campaigns to ensure resources are well allocated.
  • Collaborate with BRA Commercial Team in campaign lead generation; 
  • Collaborating with BRA Team members to align and support broader Marketing efforts as needed;

  • Reports to: CEO
  • Freelance: 16 hours per week (2 days)
