🐙 We are looking for a real Salesforce enthusiast. This role is for an experienced Salesforce professional who is hungry for a new role. We need you to deliver our training program to create new of Salesforce talent across the EU. We are seeking someone who is truly driven by our social mission and is intrinsically motivated to create better opportunities for newcomers in the tech ecosystem.


👉 Thousands of newcomers struggle daily to find employment matching their interests, experience, and ambitions in their host country. Without recognized credentials and in-demand skills, many talented newcomers settle for temporary or low-skilled labor, limiting their social and economic integration. 


❌❌❌ Founded in Amsterdam in 2018, Blue Road Academy, is an award-winning social enterprise. At Blue Road Academy, we advance the careers of newcomers with technical training, professional development, and direct connections with top employers. We are on a mission to create a more diverse, inclusive, and integrated community of technical professionals. We aim to change the perceptions of employers, organizations, and the public on the value and skills newcomers bring with them to create new lives in their host country. Our ambition is to reach 10.000 newcomers with a 50/50 program gender ratio and a 70% Employment rate by 2030.


🧑‍🏫 Our classroom-based, personalized programs provide the in-demand, technical skills they need to start their Salesforce careers. We also pair each participant 1 on 1 with a Mentor, provide job coaching, and build a network of like-minded professionals to find opportunities in the job market. After the program, we work with our network of Salesforce partners, customers, and local employers to attain successful employment for program alumni.

Responsibilities

About the role


  • Freelance for a single commitment or part-time for multiple cohort commitments
  • Training Delivery: Ensure our Salesforce Specialist curriculum is delivered for a group of 10-12 participants per cohort in a classroom-based setting
    • All trainings are delivered in person
    • Programming can be flexible depending on the training schedule and your availability
  • Learning Journey: Measure the progress of all participants through quizzes, exercises, team challenges, individual feedback, and one-on-one sessions as per the program curriculum.
  • Learning Excellence: Strengthen the Salesforce curriculum based on your own experience, best practices, and insights into the evolving Salesforce ecosystem. Support the careers of our alumni and their success in achieving their technical Salesforce Certifications (Associate, Administrator, and App Builder)

Requirements

About you


  • You believe in our Mission. You will join a passionate team working to make a positive impact on society by advancing the careers of thousands of underemployed and unemployed newcomers. This role demands empathy, diplomacy, flexibility, and high cultural sensitivity and awareness while working in a fast-paced multicultural and multilingual environment. 
  • You get $hit done. As a start-up, not everything is figured out (yet) and you will be a key member of the team. We need you to be comfortable in this fast-paced environment, lean into the ambiguity, and ultimately take action independently to make things better.
  • You are Community-driven. The Salesforce Community is a key part of the program and curriculum. It is essential to engage with the Salesforce community in this role through events, meetups, and conferences.
  • You are a proven Salesforce Professional. Salesforce professional with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem as an Administrator, Consultant, or Developer.
  • You are multi-certified. Minimum required certifications include:
    • Salesforce Administrator
    • Salesforce Platform App Builder
    • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
    • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
  • Excellent verbal communication and written skills in English is a must
  • Willingness to travel to deliver programs
  • Experience in workshop facilitation, training delivery, or end-user training
  • Hourly compensation €60-€80, depending on experience
  • You must be located in the EU and have the right to work in the EU - we are unable to offer visa sponsorships at this time
